• Product support: include the application name, the release version and what you expected to happen. Never include passwords or signing keys.
• Corrections to an article: include the article address and the sentence you believe is wrong, with a source if you have one.
• Privacy requests: access, correction or deletion of personal information. See the privacy policy.
• Advertising or partnerships: tell us who you are and what you propose. Sponsored content is always labelled as such.
• Reporting abuse: if a shared build or page breaks the terms of use, send us the link so we can review it.

Response times

Security reports and abuse reports are prioritised. General questions are answered in the order received.
